Davido unfollows Chioma and everyone else on Instagram

 Nigerian singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, appears to be going through some sort of cleansing as he has now unfollowed everyone on his Instagram page.

The IF crooner who used to follow over 5,000 accounts on the platform, had initially reduced the number to over 200 accounts.

A recent visit to his Instagram bio now shows the father of 3 who has 17 million followers, is no longer following anyone including alleged estranged fiancee, Chioma Rowland with whom he has a son.

Davido has unfollowed everyone on Instagram, including his fiancée, Chioma Rowland following allegations of domestic violence in their home.

For weeks now, rumours have trailed Davido on Twitter and the rumour mongers have been ignored by Davido and Chioma. However, Chioma refused to ignore the rumours about domestic violence in her home so she came out to address it.

Chioma said that Davido has never been violent towards her and she has never been violent to the father of her child.

Hours after Chioma's statement, Davido unfollowed everyone on Instagram, including Chioma.

 

This could be part of his self-care and much need cleansing which he shared a few weeks back.

But whatever the reason may be, everyone is wishing him peace and love. And that he comes out of this refreshed, and his album, “A Better Time“.
